Power System Design, Construction and EPC Contracting

We specialize in power infrastructure projects, focusing on our core markets in Europe and the Middle East. With strong engineering expertise and localized service capability, we provide end-to-end EPC solutions — from front-end design to final delivery — supporting regional energy transition and grid modernization.

Our business scope covers renewable grid connections, regional network upgrades, industrial high-reliability power distribution, and commercial power supply systems. From early-stage load calculation and system design, through equipment selection and standardized on-site installation, to commissioning, testing and compliance acceptance, we deliver turnkey EPC services that effectively shorten project cycles and reduce coordination costs.

We adopt differentiated service strategies based on regional requirements. In Europe, we strictly comply with CE, EN and other certification standards to ensure environmental protection and grid compliance. In the Middle East, we focus on high-temperature resistance and sandstorm adaptability, ensuring stable operation under extreme climates. With extensive regional experience and a mature supply chain network, we have successfully delivered dozens of benchmark projects, becoming a trusted partner in power infrastructure development across both regions.

Digital Intelligent Factory Information System

The production end takes the MES system as the "intelligent brain" to optimize processes, enhance efficiency and monitor production in real time. The equipment has been integrated with SAP, PLM and MES systems to ensure the balance of production processes and material flow, further improving efficiency, quality and fulfillment capabilities. To break through the efficiency bottlenecks in the entire chain from "design - production - management and control", the company achieves multi-level optimization through multi-system interaction. Design data is directly connected to production, eliminating the need for paper-based transmission of BOM and process routes. PLM and 3D software enable automatic processing by equipment, achieving seamless integration between design and manufacturing. In terms of production planning, MES decomposes the main plan from ERP into three-level online plans, and APS automatically generates work orders and intelligently selects materials, enhancing efficiency and reducing inventory. On-site management is facilitated by the informatization of production lines and WMS systems, accelerating operations and material transfer, and ensuring full control over production scheduling, logistics and execution, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Core Product (1): Transformer Series

As a core component of power transmission, our transformers are designed and manufactured in full compliance with DIN 42500 and IEC 60076 standards. Defined by high reliability, low losses, and long service life, they represent the benchmark of premium quality in the European power industry. Our product range includes both oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, covering ratings from 100 kVA to 200 MVA and voltage levels from 400 V to 430 kV.

Built with European-standard insulating oil and high-silicon steel cores, they offer 15% higher cooling efficiency than industry averages and achieve 1.8 × IEC short-circuit strength. All units are TÜV certified and suitable for power generation plants, transmission and distribution networks, and industrial or commercial facilities. They operate reliably in environments ranging from –30 °C to +50 °C, ensuring stability under extreme climatic conditions.

Manufactured using Heidrich epoxy vacuum-casting technology, they reach insulation class H, maintain partial discharge ≤ 5 pC (surpassing the 10 pC industry norm), and operate at noise levels as low as 42 dB (comparable to an office). The oil-free, maintenance-free design complies with EN 13501 fire safety certification, ideal for energy storage systems, urban substations, commercial complexes, data centers, and hospitals with stringent safety and environmental standards. We also produce phase-shifting transformers to meet the demanding power supply requirements of AIDC and other high-power variable frequency systems.

Core Products (2): Energy Storage Series

The MegaCube series combines a prefabricated E-House with a containerized battery cabinet to form a highly integrated, factory-assembled storage system available in modular capacities such as 5 MWh and 10 MWh. All key components, internal wiring, communication configurations, and full system-level commissioning are completed under controlled conditions in the factory, ensuring optimal performance at delivery.

The E-House is a prefabricated modular electrical enclosure integrating inverters, battery management systems, and medium/low-voltage switchgear. With its factory-built and plug-and-play design, it significantly shortens on-site installation time. Featuring high protection, excellent stability, and complete European certification, it serves as the preferred solution for energy storage projects of all scales.

Core Product (3): Power Distribution & Switchgear Systems

As the “last mile” of electrical power transmission, our switchgear systems fully comply with EN 62271 standards and are defined by intelligence, modularity, and superior safety, ensuring precise and efficient power distribution.

Designed with eco-friendly insulation technologies (clean air or alternative gases), our RMUs achieve IP67 protection and have passed EN ISO 9227 salt mist and corrosion tests. Compatible with 10 kV–35 kV distribution networks and IEC 61850 communication protocols, they support remote monitoring and automation, widely applied in urban grids, renewable plants, and industrial or residential zones.

Low-voltage panels comply with IEC 61439, using top-brand modular components for flexible expansion and easy maintenance, suited for 0.4 kV systems. Medium and high-voltage switchgear feature a comprehensive five-interlock safety mechanism (EN 50271 compliant), 2.5× insulation strength, and 20% higher breaking capacity than industry norms. Certified by VDE Germany, they ensure maximum operational safety for industrial facilities, large buildings, and critical infrastructure across Europe.

Other Products

Leveraging our German and Chinese R&D strengths and advanced manufacturing capabilities, we also provide AIDC power supplies, EMS solutions, and SST solid-state transformers, covering critical links in modern power systems. Each product meets the highest European standards in quality, reliability, and performance.

The Panama Power System, designed in accordance with German DIN standards, achieves a power stability of 99.97%. It provides highly reliable energy support for data centers, industrial automation, and complex power control environments.

Our Energy Management System holds EU CE certification and enables multi-regional coordinated power management. All auxiliary devices are VDE-certified, ensuring full safety and compatibility with European grids.

We are developing 800 V high-voltage DC solid-state transformers (1.5–5 MW), with commercial rollout expected in 2027. This innovation will transform AIDC high-voltage DC power supply technology, marking a breakthrough from traditional electromagnetic to power-electronic applications.
