Dry Type Transformer
Utilizing the German HEDRICH epoxy resin vacuum casting process, these transformers achieve H-class insulation, a partial discharge rating of ≤5pC (far exceeding the industry standard of 10pC), and a noise level as low as 42dB (equivalent to an office environment). Their oil-free design has passed EU fire certification (EN 13501), making them suitable for use in energy storage systems, urban substations, commercial complexes, data centers, hospitals, and other locations with stringent safety and environmental requirements. They can be installed directly close to load centers, reducing power losses by over 8%. We also manufacture phase-shifting transformers to meet the power needs of AIDC and other high-power variable-frequency loads.
