Our RMUs offer two technical pathways: SF6 gas insulation and clean air insulation.
- The SF6 gas-insulated models fully utilize the excellent insulating and arc-quenching properties of SF6 medium, sealing all high-voltage components within stainless steel gas compartments to achieve full insulation, complete sealing, and maintenance-free operation.
- In response to European environmental regulations, we simultaneously introduce clean air-insulated models, which use dry air or nitrogen as the insulating medium. While maintaining a compact structure and sealing advantages, they completely eliminate potential risks of gas pollution, making them more environmentally friendly and safe.

A fully sealed insulation structure and high-temperature-rated components (tolerating up to 75 °C) enable reliable operation in ambient conditions ranging from −40 °C to +85 °C. Intelligent Operation and High Reliability
Integrated arc-flash protection, remote monitoring, and automated fault diagnostics provide continuous real-time condition awareness. Critical components use precision laser welding and helium mass-spectrometry leak testing with an annual leakage rate below 0.01 percent. A mechanical endurance of more than 30,000 operating cycles results in a failure rate approximately 40 percent lower than the industry average.
Compact Efficiency with Advanced Interlocking Safety
The three-compartment design reduces total volume by around 50 percent, significantly improving space utilization. A comprehensive five-point mechanical interlock system prevents incorrect operations such as load switching. Combined with a fully enclosed three-phase busbar design, the system delivers enhanced fault isolation and ensures supply continuity of up to 99.99 percent.

- Use of high-strength stainless steel enclosures treated with multi-layer anti-corrosion processes (according to ISO 12944 standards), ensuring long-term reliability under extreme climates, highly corrosive environments, and seismic requirements.
- Selection of top-tier brands for key components, such as ABB VD4/HD4 series circuit breakers, ISM permanent magnetic mechanism vacuum circuit breakers, and Siemens GIS switchgear, ensuring exceptional performance and durability of core operating units.
In the product testing and quality assurance phase, we implement a factory acceptance test process that far exceeds industry standards:
- Full-process inspection: From raw material intake to finished product delivery, over 20 quality inspection steps are executed, covering cabinet dimensional accuracy (diagonal error ≤ 3mm), protection class (IP2X and above), sealing performance, etc.
- Rigorous electrical tests: Including power frequency voltage withstand test, impulse voltage withstand test, main circuit resistance measurement (≤ 480μΩ per phase), mechanical operation test (≥ 5 close-open operations without sticking), and internal arc fault protection test.
