Complete life cycle management
As a German power system EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) service provider with deep expertise in the European and Middle Eastern markets, we provide clients with one-stop solutions, from conceptual design to long-term operations, centered around full lifecycle management. Our services cover the entire project value chain:
Our project practice covers large-scale infrastructure such as North Sea offshore wind power grid connection, large-scale energy storage in Europe, distribution network upgrades and renovations, industrial and commercial photovoltaic and energy storage, and industrial and commercial energy storage systems in the Middle East. We always take German engineering standards as the cornerstone and ensure that the projects exceed industry benchmarks in safety, efficiency and sustainability through full-process closed-loop management.

Consulting and Evaluation
During this phase, we strive to ensure project feasibility through systematic analysis.
We conduct multiple rounds of requirements matching with clients. Based on German industrial standards (such as VDI 3810 and DIN EN 60300) and local regulations, we conduct technical feasibility analysis (e.g., grid access conditions, equipment compatibility), economic feasibility assessment (lifecycle cost modeling), and legal compliance review.
Key tasks included organizing a risk assessment workshop with senior engineers, project managers, and external experts to identify potential risks (such as policy changes and supply chain fluctuations) and produce a feasibility study report and project charter with quantitative metrics.
The rigor of this phase ensured that the project avoided directional deviations from the outset, laying a solid foundation for subsequent work.
Precise Budgeting and Design Optimization
The core of this phase is to translate project objectives into a detailed, executable, and monitorable plan. We utilize a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)-based approach to develop a comprehensive management plan encompassing time, resources, cost, and quality. This includes developing a dynamic schedule using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and PERT techniques, conducting precise resource planning (manpower, equipment, and funding) based on historical databases and market research, and developing a comprehensive risk management plan and quality control guidelines.
We pay special attention to the particularities of power projects, and reserve reasonable buffers in our plans for long-cycle equipment procurement (such as special transformers, with a delivery cycle of up to 16-18 months) and construction in complex environments (such as high temperatures in the Middle East and high humidity in Europe), to ensure that the plan is both forward-looking and resilient, and to eliminate disorder and passivity from the management side.
Design is the soul of a project, and we dedicate our full attention to this phase. Our services encompass preliminary design (determining the overall layout and core technical parameters), detailed design (technical specifications for each subsystem), and construction drawing design (providing detailed drawings that enable precise on-site construction). We strictly adhere to German VDE, IEC, and EU EN standards, focusing on optimizing main electrical wiring, selecting equipment (preferring high-efficiency, energy-saving transformers), analyzing system protection coordination, and designing solutions to prevent misoperation.
Key tasks included organizing technical and economic comparisons of multiple options, implementing quota-based design to precisely control investment, and extensively utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology for 3D collaborative design and clash checking to proactively identify and resolve potential conflicts. This approach fundamentally ensured project safety, reliability, and optimal lifecycle costs, minimizing late-stage changes and rework.

Equipment Supply and Integration
We consider equipment supply a key component of quality control. Our work begins with the preparation of precise "Purchase Technical Specifications." Core to this is rigorous supplier management: this includes comprehensive prequalification of potential suppliers (focusing on certifications such as ISO 9001, past performance, and production capacity), in-depth technical clarification, and standardized contract negotiations (clarifying delivery dates, quality standards, inspection requirements, and liability for breach of contract).
For critical equipment (such as high-voltage switchgear and transformers), we perform rigorous Factory Attendance Testing (FAT) and can dispatch on-site supervision engineers as needed. We have established long-term strategic partnerships with renowned global suppliers such as Siemens Energy and Schneider Electric to ensure the superior quality of equipment and materials from the source. We implement refined logistics and warehousing management to ensure that every piece of equipment and material is traceable and fully protected from factory to installation.
Digital + Modular Construction
Construction is the core phase that turns blueprints into reality. We implement standardized and precise on-site management. The business core involves developing scientific Construction Organization Designand Special Construction Schemes, with strict approval processes enforced particularly for special operations (such as high-voltage cable laying and GIS installation). We adhere to daily safety morning meetings and inspection tours, utilizing advanced project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for dynamic progress monitoring and tracking critical paths in real-time via Gantt charts. Regarding quality control, we establish strict Hold Points and implement supervised oversight for key processes (e.g., cable termination manufacturing, high-voltage testing) to ensure right-first-time quality. Simultaneously, we place high importance on HSE management, formulating and implementing comprehensive environmental and safety measures.
The commissioning and trial operation phase serves as the final validation of system performance. We follow a rigorous commissioning procedure: starting with individual unit commissioning (e.g., partial discharge test for transformers), followed by subsystem commissioning (e.g., protection relay operation test), and finally proceeding to full system integrated commissioning (e.g., load trial operation). During trial operation, we closely monitor operating parameters and compile detailed Trial Operation Reports. Upon completion, we submit a complete and standardized set of as-built documentation (including operation and maintenance manuals, test records, as-built drawings), actively cooperating with the owner and third-party agencies to complete performance and final acceptance. This set of standardized, documented delivery processes ensures the completeness and reliability of the handed-over outcomes, providing a solid foundation for the project's long-term stable operation.
Digital Integration
Throughout all construction, commissioning, and trial operation phases, we conduct digital planning, management, execution, and verification. This includes full-construction-period digital auditing and the application of digital twin technologies.
Quality Assurance and Maintenance System
Our Quality Assurance and Maintenance System is centered on predictive maintenance, committed to transforming reactive repairs into proactive management. By deploying remote diagnostic platforms and installing sensors on critical equipment (such as transformers and switchgear), we collect real-time multi-dimensional condition parameters including operating temperature, vibration, partial discharge, and oil chromatography data. This data is analyzed through our proprietary algorithm models, effectively providing early warnings of potential failures. This enables our maintenance team to intervene before issues occur, significantly reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.
We are committed to providing a 7×24 rapid response service, ensuring a clear technical solution is proposed within 4 hours of receiving a customer notification, and dispatching certified engineers to the site promptly when necessary. We adhere to strict quality assurance commitments; all core equipment comes with a long-term warranty (specific duration as per contract), and we actively comply with international certifications such as TÜV and ISO 9001 to ensure process standardization and service quality traceability.
For each project, we establish an independent lifetime maintenance file and regularly provide professional inspection reports and optimization recommendations. Our goal is to consistently maintain system availability above 99%, offering solid technical support for the long-term stable operation of customer assets.
Project Refinancing Support
For projects that have entered a stable operational phase, we provide professional project refinancing support services. These services are designed to help clients unlock the value of dormant assets and optimize their capital structure.
Leveraging the accumulated, verified, and precise operational data gathered post-project commissioning (such as power generation output, energy savings records, energy storage service logs, and O&M costs) along with demonstrated stable cash flow performance, we assist clients in conducting comprehensive asset valuation
Our specialized service team is proficient in a variety of financial instruments. We tailor solutions based on project specifics and client needs, including but not limited to securitizing realized returns through Energy Performance Contracts (EPC Model); or introducing instruments such as trusts and Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) to attract low-cost, long-term institutional funding. Simultaneously, we closely monitor and assist clients in applying for eligible policy-based financial support, such as refinancing loans for technical upgrades, which can offer interest rates as low as 3.75%.
Throughout the refinancing process, we emphasize professional risk assessment and control. By clearly demonstrating the project's rigorous operational records throughout its lifecycle and the reliability of its future earnings, we effectively enhance the project's appeal to financial institutions. The ultimate goal is to assist clients in achieving maximum return on investment and providing robust financial support for new rounds of capital expenditure or expansion plans.
